CUSTOM PROJECT PROCESS

STEP 1

We will discuss what you are looking for and your needs for the project. Please tell us the style, approx. size, and the material preference (i.e. wood types). It is helpful to see the space as well if you are comfortable to share with us. Based on the discussion, we will come up with the initial design for you, usually including 3-5 renderings. Depending on the volume, the design fee will be charged ( from $200). If you are ok with the designs, we will give you the estimate based on the designs. Please give us the address or postal code if you wish to include the delivery or shipping cost.

 

STEP 2

If you wish to order and continue, we will start working on the details. At this point, we focus on one particular design of your choice. Any changes or details need to be added, we will work on them here. We will then provide the finalized renderings as well as the 2D drawing. The design fee will be waived if you order*. After confirmation, we require 50% deposit to get your project started.

 

STEP 3

Actual production starts. The lead time depends on how busy we are but usually 4-8 weeks. When we are ready to ship or deliver, we will contact you. At this point, we require the remaining balance to be paid. Your one of a kind piece is coming to your place!
